Payment

I accept PayPal (preferred), Money Orders and Cashier's Checks. All payments are due within 5 days of close of sale.

Please note that if paying with PayPal, ALL addresses must be CONFIRMED addresses (this means a credit card has to be on file with PayPal to have a confirmed address). I will only ship to addresses on PayPal invoices. If paying with PayPal for multiple orders, all orders must be made with ONE PayPal payment. If you have ANY questions regarding these policies, please do not hesitate to convo me.

Shipping

All camera straps, lens cozies and lens cap pouches are mailed via First Class Mail unless otherwise specified for $3.50 (within the U.S.). Priority Shipping is available for $5.50.

Camera bags, totes and other larger items are mailed via Priority Mail (within the U.S.) and prices vary between $5.50 to $7.50 depending on the size and weight. This includes delivery confirmation (for U.S. shipments only).  Insurance is optional, and recommended.  I am not responsible for lost or damaged items if insurance is waived. I have no control over the item once it leaves my hands. If you have any questions or concerns, please email me at any time.

I DO ship internationally. Please email me to find out shipping totals prior to purchase.

All ready to ship items will be mailed within 3 business days from date of purchase. They are generally mailed the next business day but sometimes life happens and I need a little extra time.

Custom orders are mailed within 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS from date of payment and information received.  If you need something sooner, please email me PRIOR to purchasing.

Refunds and Exchanges

Custom orders are non-refundable unless there was a mistake or error made on my part. NO EXCEPTIONS. Same applies to my pre-sized items. Under some circumstances, I will make exchanges. With exchanges, all items must be returned to me in its ORIGINAL CONDITION before a new item is made and shipped. I DO NOT refund shipping charges.
